JILYN G. DESACULA
Chief Executive Officer, Founder
She’s been in the Online ESL Teaching industry for 16 years navigating multi level roles thus gaining a holistic and well-rounded perspective of the organization and the industry as a whole.
Previously the CEO & COO of Online English Teaching companies based in Cagayan de Oro, and Cebu City respectively with around 300+ full time Tutors, she has gained valuable expertise that she wishes to further continuously pay it forward.
Diving into her own entrepreneurial venture this time, she aims to create more meaningful opportunities for the people in the Philippine ESL ecosystem.

Co-founder, Director of Partnerships
Krist Añonuevo is the Founder of MorningStarNetwork Corp. (Mnstarnet Corp) a firm, where they actualize dreams through helping businesses thrive. She is also the Founder of Reach Global Outsourcing Services Inc. wherein their purpose is helping businesses accelerate growth.
She is also one of the Board of Trustees of Non-Profit Organizations Global Peace Culture Exchange Association Inc. wherein they Empower Lives Through Personal Development and Volunteerism, and CEO Insights Asia where they infuse ideas that help build lasting companies.
Anchored on doing things beyond simply making money, she co-founded Shepherd ESL Solutions Inc., where she is serving as an advisor and as the Director of Partnerships.
With almost two decades of experience in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Analytics, Business and Brand Development, and Community-Building, she is one with SESI in revolutionizing the ESL industry, not just in the Philippines but globally.
ENGR. CARMELO NIEL PETALCORIN
Chief Technology Officer
Aside from his more than 12 years corporate background in the IT field, his 4-year practice as a Professional Electronics Engineer, and his lengthy list of certifications, licenses & credentials, he’s known by his former colleagues as an IT management professional who can effectively balance technicalities of the profession and the talent for management & leadership of his members.
Beyond his corporate role, he’s also an active member/officer of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines.
JEREMIE DESACULA
Chief Marketing Officer
Equipped with her years of experience in social media management, events management, and multimedia arts, she’s aiming for a healthy growth of the company by creating effective marketing strategies for the teachers, clients and the ESL Community.
Aligned with the company’s vision and mission, her main goal is to create not just only a vibrant Philippine ESL ecosystem, but also officially introduce the ESL industry in the country just like the BPO.
